On the late arrival at 2am, we have been offered a cold snack, which never happened in any other hotel before. We also got a room with the pool view as a upgrade. Facilities are very good, slides, big pool, also indoor pool and 2 saunas plus huge hot tub for adults only. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is tasty and fresh. Many entertainments during the day and evening. Animation team is lovely, especially Omar, who made our boy really happy, by paying attention to him and making him laugh. Disco in the pool for families was so much fun, also bingo night. We spend amazing 5 days, and been heart broken that we had to leave. Very close to the beach and local shops. 10 starts for them. Just came back from this resort and I have to say that my stay was superb. The rooms are clean just on the small side for a family of four but enough for what we needed. The pool areas was pristine with great life guard staff who were very friendly. The water slides were great fun for both young and old but there is a height limit of 1.2 for the larger slides. There was an excellent crazy golf facility which was free and the kids park was open until late for the kids to burn off some energy after dinner. The food was amazing and my kids tried so many new things at dinner and loved the pancakes for breakfast. It's close to the beach also so not far to venture in the heat. I want to give a special shout out to the animation team especially Marta & Omar who really made my kids time at the hotel the best one, they remembered Thier names right from day one, made sure everyone was included in the activities in the kids club and still kept the same energy working in to the night. We even seen Omar at the beach who was happy to see us and say hello. Great hotel will be coming back again!

bar, entertainment and life guards; all so friendly and accommodating to our requests. The hotel is fantastic; cleanliness;rooms cleaned daily, very modern style, comfortable beds. We even recieved complementary toothbrush. The slides are fantastic ,entertaining the kids all day, there is also pool entertainment for the smaller children. This hotel has everything in one area, each pool to suit all ages. The food is fabulous and reasonably priced. Night time entertainment available too in the bar. Ample amount of sun loungers in full sunshine areas and in shaded area which is good for families with small children.

This was just the best hotel and had the most amazing time away with family and friends. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do more. The indoor pool is warm as the outdoor pool is cold, but fine once your in. Hotel was keep clean and slides were clean and fun. Food was good, lots of choice and not just British so good to try new things. The rooms were tight with 4 in but to sleep in and shower in they were all you needed. A kettle would be an nice little extra but hot and cold drinks were available all day from the bar. Would highly recommend, really wonderful little Spanish town too.

After staying at this hotel 4 yrs ago, We decided to head back again with our friends and their kids as we knew it would be a fantastic holiday with everything to keep the kids entertained and busy in the water slides. The facilities in this hotel are excellent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Omar is one of a kind who goes out of his way to get to know every single child and make them feel special.
